  • Your website looks finished. Here is what Google can't see on it.2026-10-15

A client's website scored 95.5 out of 100 and loaded fast, and Google was still missing 13 of its 67 pages. Here are the three free checks that found it, and how to run them on your own site.

  • I asked what a fingerprint was. Then it found a video I thought was gone.2026-10-08

A long client call was recorded in the browser onto an external drive, and the file was empty afterwards. A fingerprint is a short code made from a file's contents. That code found the deleted recording. A copy that plays end to end is a different claim, and this note does not have it yet.

  • The power went out with a dozen agents running. Here is what came back.2026-10-01

A power cut took down every AI agent session on our main workstation at once. Nothing was lost, but nothing said where anything was. How we got all of it back in twenty minutes, and the five-minute snapshot that means next time takes one command.

  • A menu before bedtime. Our household agent, in its own words.2026-09-29

Genesis Flow Labs builds AI agents with one job each. One of them works in our home, for the youngest person in it. We asked it to write this note itself, and to leave every name out.

  • Nine columns and a Monday morning. What a RAID log can do.2026-09-28

Every delivery team keeps a RAID log, and someone rebuilds the picture by hand before every review. We took a standard nine-column log, filled it with a made-up Workday deployment, and built the Monday review on top of it. No new columns.

  • Chat or Decide: Which Kind of AI Your Office Actually Needs2026-09-19

A chatbot produces language. The work inside most small businesses needs something else: a small decision, made a hundred times a week, that currently lands on a person doing four other things. A model released this month does only that, and the distinction is worth understanding before the next sales call.

  • Keep, Swap, or Own: What to Do With Software You Already Pay For2026-09-19

Software you already pay for is a decision, not a default. Most small offices never make it, because the real cost of keeping a vendor is staff time, and staff time never appears on the same page as the invoice. Three options, what each costs, and what breaks.

  • AI Intake for a DFW Professional Office: Chatbot vs Intake Form2026-08-12

A chatbot answers questions. An intake system captures the people who are ready to become clients and puts them where your staff already works. Most small offices buy the first and needed the second. Here is how to tell which one you are being sold, what each costs, and what breaks.

Reading the drawing

Every line has a reason.

Select a title to open its published description. Select a connection to read the exact rule behind it.

Shared fields
Tags, sectors, note categories or statuses, and a published link between a project and a note.
Kind and order
Entries drawn next to each other in the same group, and nothing else in common.
A tag thread
Every item with the selected tag, joined in order.

The opening drawing shows tags, published references and kind. Selecting an item adds its other shared fields.

Crew connections describe shared statuses or kind. They do not assign a crew lane to a project.
