Demos you can open.

Working software on sample data. Nothing here belongs to a client, and nothing you type into a demo leaves your browser.

A since-last-review panel: one item overdue two reviews running and flagged to escalate, then what is new this week, what closed, what moved to the customer, whose due dates slipped, and what is still waiting on the customer.
Last Monday against this Monday. The red box is the steering committee list.

RAID review demo

A standard nine-column RAID log turned into the Monday review. Change a cell and the review changes with it, or paste your own log. Your log is never uploaded.

Public demo. Sample data, nothing from a client.

The review screen: six headline counts with the change since last week, a review list that opens on one item to escalate and four overdue items, and a bar showing which open items are with the customer, with the delivery team, or not yet triaged.
The review opens on what needs a conversation, in order, each item once. Sample data: every row, person and date is invented.
A four-week timeline with one lane each for actions, risks, issues and decisions. Items left of today sit in a shaded overdue zone. Hollow dots mark items waiting on the customer.
Four weeks at a glance. Everything left of today is late. Hollow dots are waiting on the customer.
