What I have built.
No spec work. No hypothetical case studies. Every project here is something I built, shipped, and still support.
Industrial Safety Software
Muster
Problem
At most industrial sites, emergency accountability is a clipboard and a printed roster from the last shift change. That list does not know who called in sick, which contractors are on site, who is visiting, or who walked to the far lot. It fails at exactly the moment it exists for, and afterward somebody has to reconstruct what happened from memory.
Approach
Aaron and I built Muster as a Genesis Flow Labs product rather than a client project. Every phone on site gets alerted, the accountability board fills in real time as people check in, GPS verifies the check-ins, and anyone unaccounted for escalates automatically. No app to install. Self-hosted, so the roster and the location data stay on infrastructure the operator controls. Multi-site from the start.
Outcome
Live at muster.genesisflowlabs.com. When an event ends the after-action report is already written, which is the part sites normally spend the next day assembling by hand. This is the deepest software Genesis Flow Labs has shipped and it is owned outright, not licensed from anyone.

Performance Coaching
Performance Evolution
Problem
A Greenville, SC performance coach with 15+ years of elite credentials, 51 pros in his track record, and multiple D1 athletes on his roster had no web presence that matched the caliber of the work. Business came in through trust and word of mouth. Search traffic found nothing. The ceiling was referrals, and the brand was invisible to every athlete outside the immediate circle.
Approach
Built the full digital presence in three weeks. Custom homepage with a dark athletic design language, four service lines with dedicated pages, coach and associate director bios, a credential-forward narrative, and a strategic brief with nine sections. Produced seven Remotion social videos for a seven-day launch, paired with a 1,810-line local market research package. Registered the domain, wired Cloudflare, and launched on performanceevolutiongvl.com.
Outcome
The studio now has a web presence that matches the work. Live since April 10 at performanceevolutiongvl.com with the message Elite training. Personal approach, plus a dedicated /start/ landing page for Instagram traffic. Both principals signed off. Hosting prepaid through April 2027 and the relationship rolled into ongoing maintenance.

CPG & Retention Marketing
Retention Theory
Problem
A retention marketing consultant with deep expertise and a growing reputation needed a web presence that matched her positioning. She was speaking at industry events and appearing on podcasts, but her online presence did not reflect the caliber of work she was doing for CPG brands.
Approach
Built the brand and website from scratch. Custom site with dedicated pages for each service offering, a results page with client testimonials, a speaking page for thought leadership, and structured data throughout for search visibility. The design prioritizes credibility and conversion. Clean, premium, no clutter.
Outcome
The site now serves as both a lead generation tool and a credibility platform. Search-optimized with rich results, clear information architecture, and a design that positions her exactly where she belongs in the market.

Real Estate & Property Management
Kanam Realty Group
Problem
A DFW property management company managing hundreds of doors needed a web presence that reflected the scale of their operation. The existing site was outdated, did not handle tenant applications, and lacked regulatory compliance documentation. They also needed market research as they expanded into new service lines.
Approach
Started with comprehensive market research across the property management industry. Built the brand from scratch, including logo, color system, and typography. Developed a custom site with integrated payment processing for application fees, hosted compliance documents, and a dedicated page for new service offerings backed by competitive analysis.
Outcome
KRG now has a professional web presence with online applications, integrated payments, and full regulatory compliance. The research deliverable provided strategic clarity on market positioning and informed the expansion into new services.

Tax & Accounting
TaxSquare
Problem
A growing tax and accounting practice with a multi-person team was running on disconnected tools. Client communication, document collection, and workflow tracking all lived in different systems. The team was spending hours every week on administrative tasks that should have been automatic, and nothing scaled as the client base grew.
Approach
Built the entire technology platform as a co-founding technical partner. Brand identity, client-facing portal, internal workflow systems, and automated document management, all designed around how tax prep actually works. Every decision was made from inside the business, not by an outside vendor guessing at requirements.
Outcome
The practice now runs on a single unified platform. Clients onboard the same day instead of waiting days. The team reclaimed hours every week that used to go to manual admin. Five separate tools replaced by one system built for the actual workflow.

Healthcare
Legacy OBGYN
Problem
An established healthcare practice needed dedicated technology leadership without the cost of a full-time CTO. Their web presence was outdated, clinical staff lacked modern tools, and technology decisions were stalling because nobody in the practice owned the technical direction. Every vendor interaction required translating between medical needs and technical implementation.
Approach
Stepped in as fractional CTO, owning the entire technology stack. Rebuilt the web presence, developed custom clinical tools for the medical team, and established an infrastructure that meets healthcare compliance requirements. Every technical choice was filtered through what actually works in a clinical environment: reliability first, simplicity for staff, compliance built in.
Outcome
The practice now has a modern web presence that reflects the quality of care they provide, custom clinical tools the medical team uses daily, and a technology partner who understands both the code and the compliance. Technology decisions that used to stall for weeks now get resolved in days.
