The Problem
A growing tax and accounting practice with a multi-person team was running on disconnected tools. Client communication, document collection, and workflow tracking all lived in different systems. The team was spending hours every week on administrative tasks that should have been automatic, and nothing scaled as the client base grew.

The Approach
Built the entire technology platform as a co-founding technical partner. Brand identity, client-facing portal, internal workflow systems, and automated document management, all designed around how tax prep actually works. Every decision was made from inside the business, not by an outside vendor guessing at requirements.

Created the full brand system from scratch, including logo, color palette, typography, and brand guidelines.

The Outcome
The practice now runs on a single unified platform. Clients onboard the same day instead of waiting days. The team reclaimed hours every week that used to go to manual admin. Five separate tools replaced by one system built for the actual workflow.
Still running today
This is an ongoing relationship. I continue to maintain and improve the platform as the business grows. When something breaks, I fix it. When they need new features, I build them. That is the point — I stay in the room.
