The Problem
A DFW property management company needed a web presence that matched the way it runs. The existing site was outdated, did not handle tenant applications, and lacked regulatory compliance documentation. They also needed market research as they expanded into new service lines.
The Approach
Started with market research across the property management industry. Built the brand from scratch, including logo, color system, and typography. Developed a custom site with integrated payment processing for application fees, hosted TREC compliance documents, and a dedicated page for new service offerings backed by competitive analysis.
